The holiday spirit came alive as Coca-Cola’s Caravan and Santa toured through Ohio, kicking off the holiday season by generously supporting several communities. The locations of the Caravan’s stops in Ohio included Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Lewis Center, Marysville and Columbus.
Coca-Cola Consolidated, in collaboration with Kroger and Walmart, orchestrated a series of initiatives aimed at spreading joy and making a difference in the lives of Ohioans.
One of the focal points of the Caravan was the effort to support local food pantries. Together, Kroger and Coca-Cola Consolidated contributed a generous $20,000 to Feeding America, benefiting ten local food banks across the state.
Additionally, the spirit of giving extended through non-perishable food drives, benefiting two Marysville organizations: the Hope Center, serving families throughout Union County, and the M.A.S.H. Pantry and Resource Center, which serves local veterans, armed forces and their families.
Finally, the spirit of the season truly shone through in the partnership between Coca-Cola Consolidated, Walmart, and A Kid Again. Together, they sponsored shopping sprees for sixteen Ohio families.
