PepsiCo Beverages of North America in Dayton helped make sure families did not go hungry this holiday season thanks to a $25,000 donation to the House of Bread. The nonprofit community kitchen was serving lunch and handing out winter clothes on December 23rd when PepsiCo Sales Direct Leader Brian Carter stopped by to make the donation and help serve guests. According to Carter, the donation will go towards making more than 6,500 meals for area families in need.

PepsiCo Cincinnati teamed up with Cincinnati Bengals player and former Ohio State Buckeye Sam Hubbard in December to make donations to Free Store Food Bank. The donations to the local nonprofit were equivalent to approximately 36,000 meals. This is the second time this past year that Hubbard has worked with PepsiCo. Earlier in the season, they kicked off the “Who-Dey Fan-Dorsement Deal” sweepstakes where one lucky fan won several Bengals themed prizes including season tickets and a fridge stocked with Pepsi.
