G&J Pepsi Hamilton Ohio teammates collected items to support Adam's Hope Ministries. Paul Assum, Senior Market Sales Manager and U.S. Army Veteran is passionate about the cause and led the effort to partner with this organization.

Hamilton employees were asked to donate specific items and place them in the special collection bin near the employee entrance at the Hamilton warehouse.

Adam's Hope Ministries supplies needed items to deployed troops. The most frequently requested items are microwaves, coffee makers, food, snacks, magazines and toiletries.

Paul and his team also placed a collection bin in the Franklin Walmart to help in the initiative.

About Adam's Hope

Cpl. Adam Jones served his country from 2006 to 2011. He was a very proud Marine who served as a mortorman. He was strong, courageous and generous. Adam served in Iraq, Haiti, the 22nd MEU and two deployments to Afghanistan, one of which he volunteered for. Adam gave his life on April 27th, 2011 in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

During his deployments, his mother sent him many boxes which he always shared with his brothers in arms. Therefore, it would be Adam's hope that we continue to give to the troops serving overseas while they are fighting for us and our country.
