Ohio’s beverage companies manufacture and distribute some of the most popular non-alcoholic beverages in the world. From products in your neighborhood store to our support of local community initiatives, our presence is felt in every community across the state. We play an important role in the state’s economy by providing good-paying jobs, paying significant tax dollars to the state and federal government and making generous charitable contributions to organizations across the state.

Local Business Benefits
More than 58,000 workers in restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, movie theaters and more depend, in part, on beverage sales for their livelihoods.
Additionally, 32,369 workers whose companies supply ingredients and materials among other things to the beverage industry depend partly on beverage sales for their paychecks.



Community Giving
Ohio’s beverage companies and their employees also generously contribute $103.7 million to charitable causes across the state.
Ohio Beverage Grant Application
Ohio Beverage Association (OhioBev) and its member companies are pleased to announce our OhioBev Community Organization Grant Program. We are committed to improving the communities where we live, work, and play. We recognize that we cannot have a healthy and growing business unless the communities we serve are healthy and sustainable. OhioBev supports local communities by occasionally providing grants to promote nutrition, physical activity and health initiatives, as well as environmental sustainability programs.
