G&J Pepsi Celebrates Female Pioneers

As part of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, G&J Pepsi honored the company’s female pioneers. In 1925, Nell Gross and Esther Jarson planted the seed for what would become G&J Pepsi.

Their contributions have reverberated for over 100 years as G&J works to create where talented women contribute to the company’s success and add to a workplace culture where women thrive.

Additionally, Tim Trant, CEO participated in PepsiCo Beverages North America’s Leadership Lessons Series as part of the South Division’s Women’s History Month. The three-part series featured inspiring messages from South Division and Independent Pepsi Bottler executives on how great leaders inspire, uplift and empower their teams.
